Tips for painting this design

Work from the top down. Paint the purple and pink sky first, then the yellow sun sitting on the horizon. Move on to the turquoise sea and follow the bands of iridescent reflection while the paint is still workable. The golden sand covers quickly with the wide brush. Leave the glittering pebbles until last: their white and pink dots are the smallest areas on the canvas and need the fine brush. Pick 40x50 cm or larger with the 48 colour option if you want the sky gradients and the sparkles to stay distinct.
