These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the online sale of paint by numbers kits offered by Paint by Numbers UK. They set out the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller.

By making a purchase on our site, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend them at any time, and the version applicable is the one in force at the time of your payment.

You confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you have had all the information you need to make an informed choice. You also confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

The prices of our paint by numbers kits are shown in pounds sterling (£). The price displayed on the product page and in the basket is the total price payable for the items. Delivery is free.

For orders delivered outside the UK, customs charges or local VAT may be requested on receipt. These are payable by the buyer.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, without notice. However, the price shown in the catalogue on the day of the order is the only price charged to the buyer.

To place an order on www.paintbynumbersuk.co.uk, you need to follow these steps:

1. View the detailed product page for the paint by numbers kit.
2. Add the product to your basket, selecting any options available.
3. Create a customer account or sign in to your existing account.
4. Enter your delivery and billing information.
5. Accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
6. Check the summary of your order and correct any errors.
7. Choose your payment method and complete the secure payment.
8. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

You must check that the information you give us when ordering is complete and correct, especially the delivery address.

We cannot be held responsible for any typing errors and the consequences that follow (for example delays or delivery errors).

To pay for your order, you can use all the payment methods offered at the final confirmation of your order:

• Credit or debit card
• Apple Pay (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

Payment is processed by Mollie, a PCI DSS certified payment provider. Payment is taken when the order is confirmed.

Your card details are sent encrypted (HTTPS) and are not stored by Paint by Numbers UK.

Delivery times are given as a guide and can vary depending on our stock levels, the availability of our suppliers and where certain products are dispatched from. Orders are delivered by post to the United Kingdom and Ireland only. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. In general, delivery takes up to 30 days.

You can track the progress of your order under "my account", then "your orders" and "details".

If your delivery is late, please contact us by email and we will investigate to locate your parcel.

In line with the law, you have a 14-day cancellation period from receipt of your order to exercise your right to cancel, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty (except for return postage, which is at your own cost).

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us by email at contact@paintbynumbersuk.co.uk stating your order number and the products you wish to return.

Please note: personalised kits made from your own photo are made to your specifications and cannot be cancelled unless they are faulty (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all accessories included. A refund, repair or exchange assumes that you have not damaged the product and have not returned it incomplete.

We will refund the amount of your order within 14 days of receiving the returned products, or proof that you have sent them back.

Make my cancellation request online

All our paint by numbers kits are guaranteed for 1 year from the date you receive your parcel, unless stated otherwise.

To claim the product guarantee, you will need to keep your proof of purchase.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear of a product or damage resulting from inappropriate use. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access and correct the data we hold about you. You can exercise this right by sending an email to contact@paintbynumbersuk.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Depending on the choices you make when creating or viewing your account, you may receive offers from our company. If you no longer wish to receive them, you can ask us at any time via your account area or by writing to the address above.

Any dispute to which the order may give rise, concerning for example its performance, interpretation, validity or cancellation, will be governed in substance by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or are declared invalid under a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
