How do I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address until your parcel has been dispatched. Before dispatch, update it directly in your account. If your order has already been confirmed, contact our customer service as soon as possible by emailing contact@paintbynumbersuk.co.uk or using the contact form. We reply within 24 working hours. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, so please send your request promptly. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
